Fletcher Allen's Patient Financial Services Customer Service department is available to help with your billing questions regarding institutional and professional health care services rendered at Fletcher Allen. 

We can assist with any of the following:

  • Billed charges
  • Third-party billing to government and commercial insurance carriers
  • Balances due
  • Payment arrangements
  • Account changes or updates
  • Requests for financial assistance through the Fletcher Allen Patient Assistance Program
