The Vermont Quit Network QIP-G (Quit-in-Person Group) program at Fletcher Allen offers evidence-based tobacco cessation groups that are proven effective to help you lead a tobacco-free lifestyle. Learn more and register online at www.vtquitnetwork.org.
Tobacco Cessation In-Person Group Classes: Group classes are facilitated by a Fletcher Allen Tobacco Treatment Specialist. Groups offer peer support, free nicotine replacement, and information about other resources on stress management, weight management, and relapse prevention strategies. Falls & Fires Home Modification Program: Home safety assessments and modifications to seniors at no cost.
Footnoters: Volunteers offer free foot care to seniors and the disabled in a variety of community settings.
Lifeline: 24-hour, 365 days per year personal response service that enhances security and independence for seniors living at home. Financial assistance may be available for eligible clients. If local, call (802) 847-1211 or toll-free 1-800-LIFELINE.
