Matter of Balance: For seniors who want to learn how to improve balance and reduce the risk of falls at home. |

Diabetes Fitness and Education Fletcher Allen Health Care partners with the Vermont Regional Diabetes Center and the Greater Burlington YMCA to bring a free physician-referred program featuring land and water exercises for people with Diabetes. |

Senior Programs Falls & Fires Home Modification Program: Home safety assessments and modifications to seniors at no cost. Footnoters: Volunteers offer free foot care to seniors and the disabled in a variety of community settings. Lifeline: 24-hour, 365 days per year personal response service that enhances security and independence for seniors living at home. Financial assistance may be available for eligible clients.
